Trilithic's ToolBox support software for the Model Two and Model Two Lite signal level meters offers a range of functions that make your meters more versatile and easier to use. With ToolBox software, the operator can configure meters, upload recorded data to multiple databases, and view data files from a wide variety of tests, including Level, Tilt, Spectrum, Channel Scan, Limit Test and AutoTest measurements.

RETURNING A PRODUCT FOR SERVICE

Before Returning a Product for Service, please call the factory to obtain an RMA#.

When you call, a Representative will schedule your unit for service and take notes on the work to be done. Depending on instrument model and parts availability, some products may have 48 hour turnaround service on repairs.There is a charge for this premium service. Please contact the factory for more information.

Instructions:

  • Include your name, the correct address and phone number, RMA, and basic description of your problem.
  • If your company requires one, include your Purchase Order number for repairs. Be sure to send immediately so that your equipment return is not delayed.
  • Note "Special Instructions" on packaging list/repair tag
  • You may Request two-day or five-day service for an additional cost. Print "Two-day Service" or "Five-day Service" on carton and packaging list/repair tag.
  • Package your equipment carefully to ensure safe shipment.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Repairs

All repairs carry a 90-day warranty against defects in replacement parts and repair workmanship.

Products

All XFTP products are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for a minimum of one year after shipment.

The following products carry a Manufacturers Two Year Warranty

  • Model Two
  • Model Two Lite

XFTP's obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product after being returned to our factory, and XFTP determining the product be indeed defective.

This is Trilithic's sole warranty and is given in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and sets forth the buyers sole remedy.
